Due to staff shortages following COVID-19 isolation, with immediate effect we will not be offering late appointments on a Wednesday and Thursday until further notice. We will also not be opening on Saturdays, again until further notice.

All appointments with the GP will be via telephone. The GPs will decide whether you need to be seen face to face and if so will arrange that with you.

Nurse appointments will be for child/baby immunisations, wound care and injections only. No routine reviews will be booked for the time being.

We would like to thank all our patients for their understanding and support at this time.

We are one of the longest established GP practices in Staines.

Knowle Green Medical is a five doctor practice consisting of one male partner, two female partners, one female and one male salaried practitioners. We are fully committed to the principles of the NHS. We still believe that the provision of healthcare should be determined first by the medical needs of the patients and not decided purely on financial grounds.

As a relatively small GP practice we endeavour to offer continuity of care where possible while continuing to operate effectively as a team. We work closely with the other practices in Spelthorne, namely SASSE Health, and we jointly strive to offer the best services possible for the local community. The practice is also involved in teaching both undergraduates and postgraduate doctors in their training.

Parking

Free car parking is available past the Staines Health Centre at the end of Burges Way. The staff car park is only for authorised users. Vehicles should not be parked on the double yellow lines at the front of the building. The area must be kept clear to allow the safe passage of emergency vehicles.

Disabled Facilities

There are two dropped kerbs along the frontage of the Staines Health Centre. A wheelchair is available for the use of patients who have difficulty getting from their transport into the Health Centre. The centre has been designed for wheelchair access and includes a toilet for the disabled.
